Pre-enrolment
Counselling – We provide guidanceto the potential student to enable him/her to choose the appropriate course of study and the education provider meeting their career goals.
Documents – We do a pre-assessment of education qualifications based on degrees, transcripts and
English language level to match with the requirements of the education providers. The authenticity of documents is ensured at this stage.
Choosing the right education provider – We assist students to select those universities/ colleges that would best suit their career goals.
Choosing the right course – We help students to choose the appropriate course/ career pathway.
Career selection – We provides one-to-one guidance to help students in the selection of courses
that suit their career goals.
Enrolment
Admission – We providesassistance in the application process to education providers for issuing of
the ‘Letter of Offer’. On acceptance of the letter of offer and payment of the required fees, we arrange a ‘Confirmation of Enrolment’(CoE) from the education provider. The student health cover is arranged at this stage.
Visa Processing
Student Visa – Once the CoE has been issued we prepare lodge the student visa application with
the Department of Immigration.The visa application would be processed by the ‘Department of Immigration and Citizenship’(DIAC) as per the current rules on the subject. We advise the students for the application process and selecting the appropriate visa category.
Pre-departure
We provide full assistance and information on:
- Copy of student documents such as letter of offer and CoE etc.
- Student visa conditions
- Customs and Quarantine matters including baggage rules
- Overseas student health cover
- Currency and banking facilities
- Culture, climateand clothing requirements
- Arrange airport pick up and accommodation on student request
- Intimation to the provider on students’ ETA
Post-arrival
We coordinate and provide the following service:
- Airport meet and greet at selected destinations where our offices exist
- Airport pick up and transfer to the place of accommodation
