Mr Virk is born in India and migrated to Australia in 2000, he is very well qualified and experienced in his job. He holds Bachelor degrees in Arts and LAW, and also hold a Master degree in Marketing from University of Central Queensland, Australia and he did PGDCA that gives him an advantage in handling his role in Smart Singh Settlement and Migration Pty Ltd.
In 2003 he become a registered education consultant. He has been Managing Director of Kangaroo Immigration and Education Pty Ltd, Director Marketing in Leelavati Estates Pty before joining the current business. Under Mr Virk management company achieves high turns over during peak time of student visa of Australia.
He is probably the first Australian consultant who has repeatedly appeared on the Indian television and covered wide range of issues relating to Australian Education Industry including Australian community, culture, equal opportunity and fairness of system, student safety/ welfare and employment opportunities. He has extensively written on burning topics of education, employment and migration issues for Indian newspapers and journals with total focus on students’ rights and obligations. He has been repeatedly interviewed on the ethnic radio in Australia regarding education topics especially related to student’s welfare and safety during 2008 and 2009.

India and presently working as Teacher and Director (Academic) in South Australia with many years of experience in the Agricultural/ Horticultural Industry. Kalyan has passion for teaching. He currently trains students from different cultural backgrounds in Australia. This position enables him to pass on his knowledge to others while taking into consideration their cultural backgrounds and needs.
He has guided two PhD research scholars and eleven post graduate research scholars in the field of agriculture and resource conservations. He is also actively engaged in providing technical support and advice in the management of crops to enhance the productivity of farms. He made academic visits to more than 10 countries and he has over 18 years of experience in counselling and providing career path way to students, teaching experience both in India and Australia, project management and research.
